Fraudulent Job Posting Policy

PostingZoo provides a visible Report this listing option on every job listing. Members should report job postings that appear fraudulent, misleading, duplicated, unavailable, or designed to collect money or sensitive personal information.

How reports are handled

Reports enter the administrator moderation queue. PostingZoo may review the listing, related account information and relevant messages; keep the listing available; request corrections; remove the listing; or restrict the responsible account. A report does not automatically prove misconduct.

Warning signs

Be cautious of advance fees, gift cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency-only payments, requests for banking passwords or verification codes, unrealistic compensation, interviews conducted only through anonymous messaging services, and employers whose identity cannot be reasonably verified.

Records

PostingZoo retains this policy and appropriate moderation records as reasonably required for marketplace safety and applicable legal obligations.
